Buffalo Hustle (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a workout-tracking application operated by EVC Studios. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a login PIN you set, used to create and secure your account.
• Training data. The workout plans, exercises, sets, reps, weights, completed lifts, training history, training profile (such as goals and experience level), and available equipment you enter.
• AI plan inputs. When you generate or revise a plan with our AI feature, the profile and preferences you provide are used to produce that plan.
• Purchase information. If you subscribe to Pro, our payment provider records your purchase and subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Technical data. Limited log and security data such as IP address and timestamps, used to operate the service and protect against abuse (for example, login rate-limiting).

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the app’s features.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To generate and revise AI workout plans you request, and to enforce fair-use limits on that feature.
• To process and manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your training data for advertising.

Service providers we share data with

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the app. They process data only to provide services to us:

• Hosting & database. Our application hosting and database providers store your account and training data.
• Email delivery. Our email provider sends login and account-related messages to your address.
• AI processing. When you use the AI plan feature, the relevant inputs are sent to our AI provider to generate the plan. This data is not used to train their models.
• Billing. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and our subscription-management provider, which share purchase and entitlement status with us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any issues.

Children’s privacy

Buffalo Hustle is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You may access or update your account information within the app, and you may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
