Medical & Safety Disclaimer

Effective August 19, 2026

Buffalo Hustle is a fitness tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician, physical therapist, or certified trainer.

Talk to a doctor first

Consult a qualified health professional before starting this or any exercise program, and especially before you begin if any of the following apply to you:

  • You have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or have been told you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor.
  • You experience chest pain, dizziness, or loss of balance, at rest or during activity.
  • You have a bone, joint, back, or soft-tissue injury that could be made worse by exercise, or you are recovering from surgery.
  • You are pregnant, recently gave birth, or are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or balance.
  • You have any other medical condition, or you are unsure whether you are healthy enough for strenuous exercise.

Stop if something is wrong

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath out of proportion to the effort, dizziness or faintness, nausea, sudden or sharp joint pain, numbness, or anything else that feels wrong. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away. Muscle soreness after training is normal; sharp, sudden, or persistent pain is not — do not train through it.

Train sensibly

  • Warm up before working sets and progress loads gradually.
  • Use weights you can control with good technique for every rep. If your form breaks down, the set is over.
  • Use collars, safety pins, and a spotter for heavy barbell work, and check that equipment is sound before you load it.
  • Scale, substitute, or skip anything that does not suit your ability, equipment, or how you feel that day. Nothing in a generated plan is an instruction you must follow.
  • Stay hydrated and rest between sessions.

About automatically generated plans

Plans in the app are generated by an automated system from the information you provide. No physician, therapist, or certified trainer reviews them before you see them, and they may include exercises or loads that are not appropriate for you. Treat every plan as a suggestion to evaluate, not a prescription. See the Terms of Service for the assumption of risk that applies to your use of the app.
